Shipping Policy

We use Australia Post to deliver all orders both within Australia and overseas. The shipping price for each order is calculated directly by Australia Post on our website. Post-covid, there is no guarantee for a fixed period for delivery. However, express post is still the fastest way.

For domestic shipping, the shipping cost is not calculated by weight, but for international shipping, it is.
If we have items in stock, we ship them within a day or two. If it’s out of stock, we will inform the customer when the item will be shipped. If they don’t want to wait for the items, we will refund or replace them according to the customer’s preference.
Currently, we ship to the US, Canada, NZ, Singapore & Japan. These countries have a ceiling for duty-free entry.

We take photos of all our parcels after the postages are paid at the post office. If a parcel is lost, and we have not made a mistake with the address, then it’s not our responsibility to replace the item, although we would be happy to communicate with Australia Post to track it down. All parcels have tracking numbers.

Privacy Policy

We do not keep customers’ credit card information, be it an order generated on the website or placed on the phone with us. Your card information is safe when you pay for an order on our website. There are multiple layers of protection installed by the website host as well as the credit card processor to keep your data safe.

However, we save customers’ information, i.e., names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers. We use email addresses to send emails to existing customers about sales, new items, etc. We offer each person a choice to unsubscribe from that list. We do not share customers’ information with anyone whatsoever.

Payment Method

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, cheques, bank transfers and cash (for Sydney-based customers only). Paying by instalment can also be organised.

Refund Policy

We offer refund or exchange for full-priced items and items that are in original condition, not worn, unwashed, not soiled, do not contain pet furs, and with tags on. For exchange, we do not charge shipping to resend, but we do not pay for returning the order (the customer needs to pay for the postage to send it back to us). We expect a call, text, or email as soon as it is realised that the order needs to be exchanged or refunded. We must receive the item within four weeks of the delivery date. After this timeframe, we may refuse to exchange or refund.
For refunds, we will not pay the shipping cost, only the cost of the items.
